	Site Safety Manager charged by NYC Prosecutor in Death of Two Firefighters A site safety manager for Bovis Lend Lease LLC, was charged with manslaughter & criminally negligent homicide by NYC prosecutor in connection with a fire that killed two firefighters at Deutsche Bank in lower Manhattan in 2007. Two others were named in the indictment.
