7:05 PM President Mike Mandracchia called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone. In addition, Mike talked about the new Institute Reference Book for the CHMM credential. The books were on sale at the meeting for $65.
7:30PM- everyone at the meeting introduced himself or herself and designated which chapter they were from.

Treasurer‘s Report- None at this time.
7:40PM- Lt. Vincent Cesario of the USCG gave a great presentation entitled “National Strike Force Capabilities”. His presentation was an overview of the responsibilities of the USCG Atlantic Strike Team.
8:20PM- Question and Answer period following the talk
8:30PM- Meeting was adjourned.
In addition, there was an optional tour of the USCG Atlantic Strike Team facility. About 15 people attended the tour by Lt. Vincent Cesario, USCG.
