Minutes from ACHMM-NJ General Meeting at NJDEP on June 27, 2006
 
 
Executive Board Members Present-  Cheryl Polios, Rich Cestone,
Scott Sherman, Barry Weissman, Charles Stebbins, Zvi Blank, John Egan
 
Executive Board Members Absent-Nazer Ali, Dan Levine
 
The EB met prior to the meeting and approved a $1000 donation to the India chapter for sponsoring a qualified candidate to come over from India to attend the National conference in Orlando and sit for the CHMM exam.
 
6:00:PM-6:45PM- Networking and Dinner
 
6:50PM-Cheryl called the meeting to order and thanked everyone for coming. Personal introductions followed.
 
Cheryl made the following announcements:
  1. •The EB made a donation of $1000 to the India chapter.
  2. •EB is seeking new officers for 2007. Anyone interested should see her after the meeting or contact her directly.
 
Secretary Report(SS)-Minutes of the April  meeting were approved.

Cheryl  introduced our guest speaker, Brian Petuch from Merck. His  talk was titled “Chasing White Powder”.
 
A question and answer session followed.
